The Imam Mahdi Association of Marjaeya (I.M.A.M.), Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt religious organization, Federal EIN #20-1159387, based in California and registered as a foreign entity in Michigan and other U.S. states.<\/p>\n

Religious Authority<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Imam Mahdi Association of Marjaeya, Inc. is a religious organization adhering to the teachings of the Islamic religion in accordance with the Ahl al-Bayt school of thought, also known as the Shia, the Jafaria, the Imamiyyah, and the Ithna Ashariyya (Twelver), which refers to the twelve infallible divine successors to the Prophet (pbuh&hp). During the occultation of the twelfth divine leader, Imam al-Mahdi (p), we are following the Marjaeya<\/a>. The Marjaeya is the Highest religious Authority of Shia Muslims worldwide and presently is the Grand Jurist, Ayatullah Sayyid Ali al-Husseini al-Sistani<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I.M.A.M. is under the supervision of the Marjaeya\u2019s Special Representative of Religious Affairs of Grand Ayatullah Sayyid Ali al-Sistani for Europe and North America, the Honorable Scholar Sayyid Murtada al-Kashmiri.<\/p>\n
